feather dress shoot.

i am so happy to have finally put this thought into a shoot. i have spent countless hours making this dress & with the help of my sister (& business partner) we brought this to life last saturday.

it was a very early start to the day- christa arrived at my house at 6am to get her first look together. i made hot tea & we got busy. let me tell you what, that girl has a lot of hair. a lott.

shenea got her first makeup look going & i could not have asked for a better look. christa looked like this magical fairy bird princess, if that makes any sense at all.

future wilson's engagement session.

i was totally blessed to be able to capture my sister & her lovely finance in some photos the other day. cannot believe how big she is & that she is getting MARRIED. what. she got a super catch- he is the coolest & we are so blessed to be able to add him to our family.

side note- my sister & i have started a collaboration. she does makeup & i do photos. i start school soon for hair & she is almost done with esthetician school. so exciting for the future & what is to come. you can check us out on our Facebook here & see more of this shoot.

i love that i am finding my nitch in the photography world. i love candids. i love capturing true moments rather than set up ones.
